End User License Agreement
By using The Cut – Live Golf Tournaments ("the App"), you agree to the following terms. You must review and accept these terms before creating an account or signing in.
1. User-Generated Content
The App contains user-generated content including social posts, direct messages, and tournament activity. You are solely responsible for the content you post. You agree not to post content that is abusive, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
2. Content Moderation & Reporting
You can flag any objectionable content by using the Report button on posts or messages. Flagged content is reviewed by our team and may be removed. Users who violate our content policies may have their accounts suspended or terminated.
3. Blocking Users
If you encounter an abusive user, you can block them at any time. Blocking a user immediately removes their content from your feed and prevents them from sending you messages. When you block a user, our team is automatically notified so we can review the inappropriate content.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You may not harass, abuse, threaten, or discriminate against other users. You may not post illegal content, spam, or content that infringes on others' rights. Violations may result in immediate account termination.
5. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in tournaments that involve entry fees or Cut Credits.
6. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Misrepresenting your handicap may result in disqualification and account suspension.
7. Cut Credits & Payments
Cut Credits are a virtual in-app currency with no cash value outside the App. Real-money purchases are processed securely via Apple In-App Purchase or Stripe. Charges are final unless required by law.
8. Score Integrity
All scores must reflect actual rounds played. Submitting false scores or manipulating results is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account termination.
9. Privacy
We collect information you provide and data generated by your use of the App. Your scores and username are visible to other users; your email is never shown publicly. See our Privacy Policy for details.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties. The Cut is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile page.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
